Rotly is a mobile app for iOS and Android that turns a typed idea into a finished Italian-brainrot video in about a minute. Unlike generic AI video generators, Rotly works like a studio with a fixed cast: nine original characters with locked visual identity, four directed formats (including a mode where the cast performs the user's own script word for word), acted voices, and a composition engine tuned on a study of what retains viewers in the first three seconds. Rotly was built by an independent studio in Belgium and launched in 2026 on an original character universe.
